When you ask AI something on your phone, where does it actually go? Let’s understand what the “cloud” really is and how AI runs on it.

In Day 9 of our 100-Day Free AI Learning Challenge, we explain two things that power AI behind the scenes — the internet and the cloud.

Cloud doesn’t mean clouds in the sky — it’s a technology. Think of it this way: if you run a business in a small town but your goods come from Delhi, the highway connecting them is the internet, and the big warehouse where you store the goods is the cloud (a data center). When you ask AI something, your question travels through the internet to a huge digital “godown” — a data center — where a powerful system prepares the answer and sends it back instantly.

That’s why it doesn’t matter where the chip was made — you’re renting the world’s most powerful computer without buying an expensive one yourself. Simple Hinglish explanation for beginners.
